Larkdale Dr & LIncoln St Improvements
2026 Capital Improvement Project
Project Overview
The proposed project includes approximately 1,900 LF of improvements along Larkdale Drive and Lincoln Street.
Limits:
Larkdale Dr & Cul-De-Sac- Harlem Ave to Pavement Change
Lincoln St- Larkdale Dr to Linneman St
Scope of Work
- Replacement of existing water main with new 8-inch diameter water main, including new 1.5” water services and new b-boxes.
- Roadway reconstruction with new asphalt pavement & curb and gutter
- New sidewalk on both sides of Lincoln St and the north side of Larkdale Dr . Sidewalk extension along the north side of Larkdale Dr from the existing sidewalk to the western project limits
- Upgraded storm sewer system, including new & additional drainage structures, and storm sewer extension into the Larkdale cul-de-sac
- Sanitary repairs as needed
- Driveway apron replacement (in-kind)
- Parkway restoration with sod

- Nov 13 2025- Design Open House
- Nov/Dec 2025- Finalize plans and bidding process
- Jan 2026- Contract Award
- March 2026- Pre-Con Resident Meeting
- Late March 2026- Anticipated Start Date
