2026 Capital Improvement Project
Project Overview
The proposed project includes approximately 650 LF of improvements along Elm Street from Glenview Road to Dewes Street. The west alley will also be included.
Scope of Work
Elm St Reconstruction Project
- Replacement of existing water main with new 8-inch diameter water main.
- Roadway reconstruction with new asphalt pavement & curb and gutter
- Upgraded storm sewer system, including new & additional drainage structures
- Sanitary sewer & sidewalk repairs as needed
- Driveway apron replacement (in-kind)
- Parkway restoration with sod
West Alley
- Roadway reconstruction with new asphalt pavement
- Upgraded storm sewer, including additional drainage structures
Tentative Schedule
- Nov 13 2025- Design Open House
- Nov/Dec 2025- Finalize plans and bidding process
- Jan 2026- Contract Award
