Project Overview
The petitioner, Scott Gibbel, is proposing to construct a three-building light industrial development with a total of approximately 395,000 total square feet of building area. The 29-acre development would be accessed by an existing signal on Sanders Road, an existing curb cut across from Evergreen Road, and a private AT&T road on the south side of the site. Expected tenants include local industrial tenants and contractors, and truck traffic would be prohibited north of the signal on Sanders Road.
