Village Key Performance Indicators


The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report is a tool used by the Village to measure the performance of its departments and outward-facing service areas, including Customer Service, Community Development, Public Safety Dispatch, Fire, Police, Public Works and Finance. Reports are compiled monthly by each department and track specific metrics that reflect its goals, including response times, budget management or service quality, allowing department leaders to monitor progress, identify issues, and make informed decisions to improve Village services.
